HI! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE STAY AND ARRIVAL RULES
Remember, our reception IS NOT 24 hours a day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY FOR ALLERGISTS:
We guarantee 100% daily cleaning and disinfection with specialized machinery, which does not guarantee 100% elimination of insects, but does guarantee their control. We are not responsible for the sight of any insect during your stay, since it is nothing unusual, and at any time it can be deposited in a traveler's suitcase or come from the street. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR ACCEPT RETURN. If you have problems with allergies to insects, closed places... etc., we are not responsible as we recommend that you do not stay to avoid problems. This does not mean that we deny you accommodation. They can stay freely but WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
STAY RULES:
1. Our reception hours are until 6:00 p.m. (after hours we will leave you entry instructions. Do not knock on the door, check with us before your arrival) Outside reception hours WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND YOU
2. It is not allowed to change the assigned bed number or use beds that are not yours.
3. You cannot have food, drink or eat in the rooms.
4. All your belongings must be in your space (bed) or inside the drawer.
5. The entry of NON-HOUSED companions is not allowed. If you bring a non-accommodated companion, you will receive a €20 fine and expulsion from the hostel.
6. Activities that may disturb clients are not allowed in their rooms.
7. Departure must be no later than 11:00 in the morning. The use of the establishment's facilities is prohibited after this time without permission.
8. It is mandatory to CLEAN bathrooms and kitchen when used. Remember that they are shared and this is reflected in the conditions in your reservation.
9. Smoking is completely prohibited in the rooms, kitchen or common areas of the hostel, with expulsion. There is a terrace on the second floor where they can do so.
10. All our rooms follow a rigorous disinfection control. Therefore, the use of particular insecticides or other products without prior authorization is totally prohibited since they would cause the opposite effect.
11. Upon departure you must leave your keys at the reception. If you lose your key, you must pay €15. If you leave the hostel and do not return them, a charge will be made to your credit/debit card.
12. Remember that the hostel is under 24-hour video surveillance for your safety.
13. To check-in after 6:00 p.m., the reservation must be paid for.
14. It is strictly prohibited to take utensils out of the kitchen.
15. The laundry service starts at 2:00 p.m. and costs €5.
16. Bicycles are not allowed.
17. The use of narcotics within the Hostel facilities is totally prohibited.
All rooms have air conditioning/heating. If you don't see it, or don't know how to use it, contact us. All rooms have windows. Depending on the room number, they are outside or inside the hostel. All showers have hot water. Please, if you cannot figure out how it works, let us know and we will help you. WE ARE A HOSTEL, HOSTEL. WE HAVE BASIC SERVICES, BUT IN NO CASE LUXURY OR HOTEL. REMEMBER THAT WE ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL FOR ANYTHING WE CAN HELP YOU DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY PROBLEM OR QUESTION THAT MAY ARISE AND WE WILL HELP YOU WITHIN OUR POSSIBILITIES.
